It's been months since Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and his crew escaped from Fox River State Penitentiary. The gang has been on the run, trying to clear their names and take down the corrupt officials who framed them. But now, they're faced with a new challenge: survival.
As the night unfolds, the group starts to get picked off one by one. T-Bag and Sucre are captured by the bounty hunter, while Eastman is killed in a shootout. The group is left reeling, and Michael is forced to make some tough decisions to ensure their survival.
Meanwhile, in a separate location, Fernando Sucre (Amaury Nolasco) and Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell (Robert Knepper) are trying to survive on their own. T-Bag's antics cause them to get caught by a group of locals, who turn out to be not so friendly.
The story picks up with Michael, Lincoln (Dominic Purcell), Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies), and the rest of the group trying to lay low in a small town. However, their peace is short-lived as they're soon discovered by a determined bounty hunter. The group decides to split up to avoid being caught, but Michael and Lincoln stay together, determined to find a way to clear their names.
